The Invoice One fund has a board consisting of Kasper Oldby (chairman), Nina Christiane Movin and Jesper Bie-Olsen.

Kasper Oldby is the co-founder and CEO of Debtor and has previously worked in investment banking. He has also been involved in the start-up of a few different companies, including one of the largest hosting companies in Scandinavia. Kasper has a MSc in Applied Economics from Copenhagen Business School and a MSc in Computer Science (Software Development) from University of Copenhagen.

Nina Movin is the CEO of Otto Mønsted A/S and Otto Mønsteds Fond and has a long history within executive roles in big financial corporations as well as other boardmember positions. Nina has a MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen and degrees from Stanford and INSEAD. 

Jesper Bie-Olsen is the Chief Strategist at Nykredit and has worked with capital markets and macro research for over 20 years. Jesper has a MSc in Mathematics and Economics from University of Copenhagen.
